Linked Horizon is a Japanese music band, founded by musician "Revo" in 2012, he is a singer but at the same time producer, guitarist and self-composer. They produce music in J-Pop and J-Rock styles (Japanese pop and Japanese rock). The name of the band Linked Horizon means to link different worlds to different media through music.
The band collaborated with several different media such as the video game studio Square Enix to produce the music for the game Bravely Default. Afterwards they released an album with the music of the game in long version and other tracks.
They also collaborated with Wit Studio which is an animation studio to produce the theme song of the anime Attack of the Titans, and immediately the fans adhered to their styles and created a great importance among the fans of the anime, the music became known worldwide which allowed the group to produce the other theme songs and end credits of the anime. Thanks to this popularity, the band has released several albums with the various credits of the anime.
Linked Horizon have produced and chosen the lyrics in relation to the atmosphere and the theme of the anime/manga. This music gives the impression that it is made to give courage to the military troop which is directly linked to the anime, because in the anime the story revolves around the army and military history.
The lyrics mean to devote oneself wholeheartedly to find freedom, which is in line with what is happening at the moment in the anime, "Shinzou wo sasageyo" means let's devote our heart, it is repeated several times in the music and especially in the chorus.

This music gave me chills because when watching the anime, the music being the credits, it puts us directly in the atmosphere by making us sing at the beginning of each episode. This music marked me and it made me discover Japanese pop music.
